We provide bespoke personal training for people in preparation for their big day. Over the last 6 years we have helped many brides and grooms achieve results they desire for their body and minds. Whether it is fitting into that dream dress or suit; feeling & looking your best on your big day, we have the tools to help you every step of the way. 

Before embarking on your fitness journey, you will have an initial consultation with Scott who will talk you every step of the process. This will include your goal setting, nutrition and physical activity checklist. 

All of the above is dependent on timeline. Together we will set exceptional & achievable goals and also talk through the relative nutritional points. We will also complete a movement screening which will allow us to see how you move and assess any previous injuries and/or postural impingements which will be key in designing your programme.

The most important thing for us is to build a relationship with the people we work with. We find the better rapport built = better results.

After this we will then start will one of the numerous methods of bespoke planned personal training programmes we offer:

 

1-2-1 Training

Our most popular offering is 1-2-1 training between bride or groom and trainer. Via a small boutique studio in Victoria we offer personal training of the highest quality. Your training programme will specifically designed for you & will be planned via an online platform called Truecoach which you can access anytime which allows you to see what your sessions will look like fore week ahead. The 1-2-1 model really keeps the focus on driving you towards your goal with the following features included:

·    Personalised Training Program Focus.

·    Two/Three 1-1 Private Personal Training Sessions per Week.

·    Weekly Body Composition Testing.

·    Dietary Analysis including Calorie & Macro-Micro Nutrient Breakdown.

Bridal Party/ Grooms Party Bootcamps

The inspiration behind these sessions came from a bride whilst I was working in a gym in the West End who wanted to share their fitness journey with their bridal party & since then we have coached groups of grooms & groomsmen and bridal parties ever since. 

These sessions are a great way of sharing both the fun experience of training and can help create a group driven confidence to achieve your results. Included in this package are:
